Not necessarily: As long as our team has clear, unobstructed access to the items (such as in an open garage, backyard, or via digital access instructions), you don't have to be on-site. We can send you photos once the job is completed and process your payment securely online.
Volume-based & transparent rates: Our pricing is typically based on the amount of space your junk takes up in our truck. For specific single items, we offer straightforward, upfront estimates. There are never any hidden fees for labor, loading, or standard disposal.
Fast and flexible scheduling: Yes! We understand that cleanouts and moves are often time-sensitive. We frequently offer same-day or next-day junk removal services depending on availability in your local area.
Safety guidelines: For legal and safety reasons, we cannot accept hazardous waste, chemicals, industrial solvents, asbestos, liquid paint, or flammable materials. If you have questions about a specific heavy or unusual item, feel free to reach out to our team!
Eco-friendly disposal & donation: We care about our community and the environment. We actively sort through hauled items to recycle materials or donate usable furniture and goods to local charities, keeping as much as possible out of local landfills.
